Initial Conversation We want to get to know you so that we understand as much as we can about your taste and budget. We will talk about colors, styles and share ideas. Visualizing all the elements of your day so we can make them a reality.
Mood Board Creation and Presentation Let’s paint you a picture! We put together a visual representation of our interpretation of your wedding. Then we meet with you to go over all our ideas. Seeing the idea in front of you helps you to say Yay or Nay! Two complimentary revisions are included.
Vendor & Design Element Selection and Budgeting After your revisions are complete, we match you with the wedding professionals who can make it happen. We clearly communicate all the design goals and nuances to the vendors. Then all you have to do is sign the contract and make the payment.
Coordination & Design Check In 2-3 months prior to the wedding day We walk through the day to make sure we have everything covered from bows on welcome bags to your dream wedding send off. This will make your final coordination walkthrough and timeline meeting a breeze with all the amazing elements of your day in place. Our core coordination service includes: walkthrough, procession, and timeline creation vendor confirmation and scheduling rehearsal execution wedding day execution with Lead Coordinator and Design Assistant, including rain plan for outdoor events
Starting price for Design Curation + Wedding Coordination is $7,250
Price considerations: guest count, outdoor locations, multiple locations, and private residences.
We suggest a minimum DESIGN/DECOR budget of $12,000 for indoor events and $20,000 for outdoor events. This budget would include florals, rentals, paper products, etc.
